The program is designed for organizational leaders to develop and learn about innovation leadership in order to deal with complex challenges and increase their abilities in directing their companies into the world of innovation.
Hackathon is a process of speeding up innovation through brainstorming for problem-solving or new business models. This program also includes prototype creation that can be tested with customers under expert supervision.
Based on the “21-Day Habit” theory and the “First 20 Hours” rule, this program is designed to challenge participants to build innovative products within 30 days. They would learn about concepts and creative methods such as design thinking, through actual practice under expert guidance.
