Role & Responsibilities
Drive the post-sale journey of our clients, from requirement gathering, identify the objective of the project, clear problem statements and solution design.
Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to our clients by building executive level relationships
Work with internal team to deliver innovation centric courses or intrapreneurship programs including but not limited to workshop, bootcamp, seminar etc
Gather feedback from clients, study other successful programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices that would meet client’s expectations.
Sync with BD, PM and Planner regularly to ensure timely involvement of clients/project, proposal is finalized and project run smoothly
Ideally 4+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management or another client-facing role
Account or relationship management experience, especially from academy, events management, networking or start up
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical clients
Possess fantastic interpersonal skills and be strong leaders
Be an excellent communicator both orally and in writing
Proactive nature, highly organized and problem solver
