Program Manager


Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the post-sale journey of our clients, from requirement gathering, identify the objective of the project, clear problem statements and solution design.

  • Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to our clients by building executive level relationships

  • Work with internal team to deliver innovation centric courses or intrapreneurship programs including but not limited to workshop, bootcamp, seminar etc

  • Gather feedback from clients, study other successful programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices that would meet client’s expectations.

  • Sync with BD, PM and Planner regularly to ensure timely involvement of clients/project, proposal is finalized and project run smoothly


  • Ideally 4+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management or another client-facing role

  • Account or relationship management experience, especially from academy, events management, networking or start up

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical clients

  • Possess fantastic interpersonal skills and be strong leaders

  • Be an excellent communicator both orally and in writing

  • Proactive nature, highly organized and problem solver
