Role and Responsibilities
Set business development strategy and implement action plans for achieving targets
Generating sales leads and new business opportunities to expand RISE
Monitor the activities of sales to ensure compliance with set standards and procedures for operation.
Grown RISE business across RISE’s expertise, Accerelator, Corporate Innovation University and Experience.
Develop strategic partnerships that support our revenue and growth targets,
Conduct sales negotiate and close all business deals
Analyzing existing approaches to business development and recommending changes as required
7 - 10 years experience in sales, B2B sales, Solution selling, business development or partnership management
Proven track record of successfully bringing in new business and increasing revenue
Strong leadership experience with a focus on sale-motivation and hunting
Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle
Exhibit strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
