Director of Sales and Business Development - Singapore will manage and help lead a high-performing team in Singapore from scratch. You require a unique blend of strategic and analytical thinking, business acumen and operational skills. In addition, you will be joining a fast-growing and exciting team and be a key contributing member of our leadership team. From the business perspective, you will help evolve the business process in Singapore, craft the prospect and customer experience, and ensure our customer satisfaction is the highest in the industry. Operationally, you will prioritize and run our business pillars and maximize our opportunity and glean data-driven insights to drive our future potential. The role will report to our CEO and work closely with our Chief Operating Officer.
Role and Responsibilities
Set business development strategy and implement action plans for achieving targets
Generating sales leads and new business opportunities to expand RISE
Monitor the activities of sales to ensure compliance with set standards and procedures for operation.
Grown RISE business across RISE’s expertise, Accerelator, Corporate Innovation University and Experience.
Develop strategic partnerships that support our revenue and growth targets,
Conduct sales negotiate and close all business deals
Analyzing existing approaches to business development and recommending changes as required
7 - 10 years experience in sales, B2B sales, Solution selling, business development or partnership management
Proven track record of successfully bringing in new business and increasing revenue
Strong leadership experience with a focus on sale-motivation and hunting
Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle
Exhibit strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
