Role and Responsibilities


  • Set business development strategy and implement action plans for achieving targets

  • Generating sales leads and new business opportunities to expand RISE

  • Monitor the activities of sales to ensure compliance with set standards and procedures for operation.

  • Grown RISE business across RISE’s expertise, Accerelator, Corporate Innovation University and Experience.

  • Develop strategic partnerships that support our revenue and growth targets,

  • Conduct sales negotiate and close all business deals

  • Analyzing existing approaches to business development and recommending changes as required


Qualifications

  • 7 - 10 years experience in sales, B2B sales, Solution selling, business development or partnership management

  • Proven track record of successfully bringing in new business and increasing revenue

  • Strong leadership experience with a focus on sale-motivation and hunting

  • Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle

  • Exhibit strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
